• Approved deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. up786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your up786 account.
• up786 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the member's part.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute or fraudulently claim back a genuine deposit will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

up786 runs promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback offers and free bet credits. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your up786 account as Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for the up786 welcome bonus is 20× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 100,000 in total wagering before the converted balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally toward the Wagering Requirement. Live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Baccarat contribute 100%. Cricket pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. In-play single bets contribute 75%. Aviator contributes 50%. Specific game contributions are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per member, per household and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate registrations is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets offered on up786.

• All bets on up786 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system. Please review your selection and stake carefully before confirming.
• Minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet placement screen before you confirm.
• In the event that a market is offered in error — for example, incorrect odds due to a technical fault — up786 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices regardless of whether the event has settled.
• If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined, all pre-match bets on match outcome markets will be voided and stakes returned to your up786 PKR wallet. If the match is completed under a revised format (e.g. D/L method in an ODI), bets will be settled based on the official result.
• In-play bets are subject to the live market rules specific to each sport. up786 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during play. Bets placed before a suspension are settled based on the pre-suspension market state.
• up786 does not accept bets placed by members who have insider information, are involved in the event being bet on, or who are acting in coordination with others to manipulate market prices. Such activity constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all casino, live dealer and instant game products on up786, including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Aviator and Virtual Sports.

• All casino games on up786 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in regulated live studios streamed in real time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on up786. Any member found engaging in them will face immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, with serious cases reported to relevant authorities.
